"Hiring Dana Bellevue to be my on-site wedding coordinator was the best decision I ever made. Our wedding day could never have run as smoothly as it did without her. She spent all the time I needed before the wedding asking all the right questions and helping me find and fill in the gaps in my plan. She contacted all the vendors before the wedding to introduce herself and make sure they knew how to contact her. She arrived at the wedding dressed in lovely professional attire, which even matched our wedding colors. She knew exactly how to cue the wedding party down the aisle, usher guests through the buffet line and keep the schedule of events on time. She maintained her naturally calm demeanor at all times and was able to solve problems quickly. She even made a run to the store for us when we ran out of dark liquor before dinner! She made sure the venue was clean at the end of the night so we could get our full deposit back. As the bride, I would never have had the time or ability to deal with all the responsibilities that Dana took on that day, and I am forever grateful that she did.
